Elle dirige aujourd'hui cinq restaurants, un marché
de produits bio et sa propre marque d'aliments
bic, Elle a publié, entre autres, cinq livres de cuisine.
Elle a donné des cours de cuisÎne végétarienne
à la télévision et elle participe ohaque année à la
Longevity Now Conference de Los Angeles, Solla,
dont la réputation est internationale, a été nommée
deux fois meilleure RAW Gourmet Chef (2011.2012).
