Aux premières heures du XXe siècle, alors que la sexualité est un tabou social, des médecins hygiénistes, obsédés par la lutte contre les maladies vénériennes, recommandent d'introduire une éducation sexuelle à l'école. Leur proposition suscite aussitôt un vif débat, dont les termes vont perdurer jusqu'à nos jours. Une telle éducation ne va-t-elle pas pervertir enfants et adolescents ? Quelle est la légitimité de l'école pour intervenir dans un domaine qui semble relever de l'intime et de la famille ? Une éducation sexuelle collective peut-elle éviter de froisser la sensibilité de certains enfants ?
Un siècle plus tard, après de multiples expérimentations, cette éducation, qui considère désormais la sexualité dans toutes ses dimensions, est devenue obligatoire. Mais elle demeure une « question socialement vive ». En se fondant sur des archives nouvelles, de nombreux périodiques (médecins, parents d'élèves, syndicats enseignants...) et des témoignages, cet ouvrage en retrace l'évolution, de la prudence du vice-recteur de Paris Louis Liard au volontarisme de Pap Ndiaye.

Wie werden Ideologie, Etablierung und Herrschaft des Nationalsozialismus in den deutsch- und franzsischsprachigen Räumen Europas vom Beginn der 1920er bis zum Ende der 1940er Jahre wahrgenommen, bewertet und erklärt? Quelle fut la perception et l'interprétation du national-socialisme comme idéologie et comme pratique du pouvoir dans l'Europe francophone et germanophone entre le début des années 1920 et la fin des années 1940? Telle est la question au centre de la série de six volumes inaugurée en 2017 et qui propose une typologie des regards et des savoirs relatifs au national-socialisme et des interprétations suscitées par celui-ci à travers l'analyse systématique de monographies, de journaux et de revues représentatifs de l'opinion et des milieux intellectuels des pays intéressés. Le présent volume, quatrième de la série, s'intéresse aux positions adoptées par les protestants et les catholiques de l'espace germanophone face au national-socialisme. Il propose des études relatives à des interprétations du national-socialisme ainsi que d'autres centrées sur la vision de ce mouvement politique diffusée par une série de périodiques représentatifs.

What is the weight of the social economy? How should we measure it? Throughout the world, cooperatives, non-profit and mutual benefit organizations, foundations and other social enterprises play an important role in job creation, social cohesion, social innovation, regional development and environmental protection. Observations tend to confirm the ability of the social economy to contribute to balancing economies, mainly by serving as an anti-cyclical force in the face of economic crises. However, many countries and regions lack statistical information about its weight, size and scope on their territory.This book fills a gap in the literature about the social economy. It seeks to explain why it is important to have statistics on it, to understand how they are produced, and to project how the social economy might be better understood in the future. The book offers researchers and decision-makers an overview of the current state of knowledge on these topics.

The legal and political significance of human rights has increased enormously all over the world. The Italian Yearbook of Human Rights 2011 provides a dynamic picture of laws, institutions, policies and case law that have implemented international human rights norms in Italy over the past few years, particularly in 2010. The volume has four main sections, which concern respectively: Italy's adaptation to international human rights law; the human rights infrastructure both at national and sub-national levels; Italy in dialogue with the international machinery; and national, European and international case law. The Yearbook is the first volume in a series edited by the Centre for Human Rights and the Rights of Peoples of the University of Padua, in cooperation with the UNESCO Chair in Human Rights, Democracy and Peace at the same University. The Centre, founded in 1982 with the support of the Region of Veneto, carries out research and training programmes according to an interdisciplinary approach. It hosts the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on intercultural dialogue and human rights and edits the quarterly journal Pace diritti umani/Peace human rights. The Centre also works in cooperation with the European Commission, the Council of Europe, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and UNESCO, as well as with civic organizations, schools and local authorities. The universal code of human rights, widely ratified by Italy, presses for a continuous commitment to perfecting the legal order, which has immediate significance for the good governance agenda.
The Italian Agenda of Human Rights 2016 represents an updated orientation tool with regards the main initiatives to be undertaken on the legislative, infrastructural and policy-making fronts in order to strengthen the Italian system for promoting and protecting human rights.

La « révolution » du numérique, entamée au tournant des années 2000, a entraîné dans un tourbillon de transformations l'ensemble de la filière cinématographique, de la création à la diffusion. L'ampleur des mutations engendrées (disparition d'acteurs des industries techniques, destruction massive d'emplois et de savoir-faire, redéfinition des contours de métiers anciens et apparition de nouveaux) a sensibilisé une partie de la communauté scientifique. Des projets nationaux et internationaux d'envergure ont vu le jour, avec le souci de cartographier les changements et surtout de préserver des connaissances et des compétences menacées de disparition. À l'heure où ces projets de recherche semblent se multiplier, cet ouvrage collectif, tiré d'un colloque universitaire, propose de se concentrer sur des questionnements d'ordre méthodologique : comment aborder les changements intervenus dans la filière cinématographique ? à partir de quelles sources, avec quels outils et selon quelles approches ? quels problèmes méthodologiques la recherche sur les métiers et les techniques du cinéma et de l'audiovisuel soulève-t-elle ? Autant de questions traitées dans ces pages, à partir de contributions d'une jeune génération de chercheurs dont les travaux, parmi les plus novateurs, incarnent aujourd'hui une dynamique significative au sein des études cinématographiques et audiovisuelles. What is the worth of the social economy? What worth does the social economy produce? Co-operatives, not-for-profit and mutual benefits organizations as well as foundations share common values that colour the way they perform and how they manage to do so. Yet, little is known about how the social economy is actually being evaluated, and how evaluation may reinforce or weaken this specificity. This book fills a gap in the literature about the social economy. It seeks to make a critical assessment of the interests to which the social economy of today must cater and for which questions of evaluation appear to be the most telling. A first set of contributions is made up of four theoretical papers inspired by various disciplinary fields: management, economy, sociology, philosophy. A second set of contributions is composed of seven national analyses of how the social economy is evaluated in different institutional contexts: France, Québec (Canada), United Kingdom, United States, Brazil, Portugal and Japan. The conclusion of the book summarizes the findings of this study and formulates some questions addressed to policy designers, evaluation specialists and social economy actors.

Jean-Baptiste Say (1767-1832), économiste français et partisan de la révolution française, a produit une théorie générale de l'entrepreneur où l'innovation tient une place essentielle. L'entrepreneur peut être à la fois gestionnaire, capitaliste, innovateur. Say créa l'entrepreneur et le dota de moult charismes : esprit de conduite, génie des affaires, capacité d'entreprendre, sens du risque et d'initiative, création de valeur et d'emplois, grandes capacités gestionnaires, etc. Il s'agit d'un entrepreneur que les politiques et les « forces actuelles de marché » cherchent à ressusciter pour donner un nouveau souffle à notre économie léthargique. Les auteurs de l'ouvrage discutent de la notion et de la fonction de l'entrepreneur dans l'oeuvre de Say pour montrer son actualité économique, sociale et politique. Ils présentent aussi le contexte économique et intellectuel à partir duquel a émergé la théorie de l'entrepreneur. Entrepreneur, professeur, journaliste, lui-même, Say... créa l'entrepreneur et a légué à l'analyse (et à la philosophie) économique un « outil » de sortie de crise.

Les notions de segmentation et connexion textuelles sont fondamentales tant pour la compréhension des textes que pour leur production, puisqu'elles renvoient aux opérations permettant de donner au discours sa cohésion et sa cohérence, en particulier à travers l'utilisation de la ponctuation et des connecteurs logiques.
Si ces notions ont fait l'objet depuis les années quatre-vingt de nombreuses réflexions de la part des linguistes, elles restent toutefois peu traitées d'un point de vue didactique. Les programmes de français de l'école et du collège mentionnent la nécessité d'apprendre aux élèves à écrire des textes cohérents, mais sans donner aux enseignants d'éléments précis pour aborder cet apprentissage. Ce dernier implique en réalité la maîtrise de multiples compétences et constitue bien souvent une pierre d'achoppement majeure pour les élèves.
Les articles regroupés dans ce volume permettent de croiser des approches scientifiques et pratiques pour éclairer cette question. Dans une perspective épistémologique, les contributions invitent à prendre la mesure de la difficulté que les opérations de segmentation et connexion représentent pour les élèves et à mieux penser les écueils liés à leur enseignement. Dépassant ce stade du constat, l'ouvrage propose également des solutions pour une mise en oeuvre en classe, par l'analyse de différents dispositifs permettant de développer la fibre métalinguistique des apprenants, dans le but de mieux allier étude de la langue, lecture et écriture.
